Throughout her career, Brigid has contributed to the development, innovation, scale-up, manufacturing, and quality optimization of products and systems across a wide range of consumer and industrial categories. Her work bridges the precision of research chemistry with the real-world demands of commercialization, helping transform concepts into scalable, production-ready products through formulation science, process engineering, operational systems, and quality-driven development.

After joining Magic Formula, members will complete an onboarding form designed to help identify their goals, interests, experience level, industry focus, and areas where they would like the most support.
Once the onboarding form is reviewed, members will schedule an initial 30–60 minute introductory call where we’ll discuss goals, learning direction, current projects, scheduling preferences, and how to best personalize the mentorship experience moving forward.
From there, members can progress through the program at their own pace while having the ability to request additional one-on-one support sessions as needed throughout their journey. Mentorship sessions may include formulation guidance, troubleshooting support, product development discussions, systems education, documentation review, industry insight, and personalized learning support based on each member’s goals and interests.
